Catering order enquiries

When you submit a catering enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, requested catering date, order details, dietary requirements, and delivery method and address. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and arrange catering.

Functions enquiries

When you submit a functions enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, requested function date, preferred time slot, estimated guest count, and function details. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and arrange your function.

Online reservations

When you make a reservation through our website, your booking details are processed by Eveve via the ReSHub booking system. We do not store your reservation details directly — they are handled entirely by Eveve.

Third-party services

Google reCAPTCHA

Eveve / ReSHub (online reservations)

Our table reservation system is provided by Eveve via the ReSHub platform. When you make a reservation, your details are handled by Eveve. Read Eveve's privacy policy.

How long we keep your information

We keep catering order enquiries for 2 years from your requested catering date.

We keep functions enquiries for 2 years from your requested function date.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to fix any mistakes
  • Ask us to delete your information
